It's been a week since President Obama submitted his last-ever budget to Congress, and while it's still up for debate as to what the mountains on the cover are supposed to symbolize, there are three facts that are perfectly clear:
- President Obama's budget never balances—ever.
- It includes a proposal to charge an extra $.25 tax on every gallon of gas you buy.
- Republicans in Congress are not going to let that happen.
P.S. Did we mention that President Obama's budget is dead on arrival in Congress? Even Democrats seem to agree on this one.
